Embark on your fencing journey with a face-to-face meeting with a Leggacy sales representative. During this initial onsite consultation, we’ll walk your property together, discussing your vision and addressing any concerns. Your satisfaction is our priority from the very beginning.

LAYOUT, MEASUREMENTS & PROPOSAL
Your Leggacy representative will meticulously measure proposed fence lines, providing you with a detailed sketch encompassing layout, fence material, gate locations, and a detailed estimate. This step ensures clarity and aligns our vision with your expectations.

SECURING YOUR PROJECT WITH LEGGACY FENCE
Should you choose Leggacy Fence for your project, both parties will sign the estimate and layout sketch, a deposit will be collected, and the job will be scheduled. This will begin your journey toward realizing your fencing vision.

UTILITIY LOCATE PRIOR TO PERFORMING WORK
Five business days before work begins, we take care of utility locates on your property. Your utility providers will dispatch representatives to locate underground utility lines, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

SET DAY-TRANSFORMING YOUR LANDSCAPE
On the designated day, you’ll receive a call notifying you that a Leggacy crew is en route. The crew will expertly set posts and, if required, remove existing fences. This phase is typically completed in a day, unless otherwise indicated by your sales representative.

FAB DAY- CRAFTING YOUR PERFECT FENCE
You will receive another call when the Leggacy crew is on the way. They will fabricate fence sections, install gates, and clean up the jobsite. Final payment is due upon completion, marking the realization of your envisioned fence.

PROJECT COMPLETION INSPECTION
Three to five days after fence completion, your sales representative will schedule a meeting to inspect the project, ensuring proper gate operation, and confirming the delivery of top-notch service.
